Our Spanish language school is located in the heart of Seville, a charming, historical city of 800,000 people and the capital of Andalusia, the Southern region of Spain. Our school is in a pedestrian street in the city's liveliest shopping district. The school occupies a three-floor building, a recently renovated, traditional Sevillian house, with bright classrooms and a rooftop terrace.

Our Spanish courses are accredited by the prestigious Instituto Cervantes and with the CEELE, a main quality certification for Spanish as a foreign language. All of our teachers are University graduates with extensive experience and specific training in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

We offer spanish courses in small groups (max. 10 people per group, average 7). With a maximum capacity of 60 students, we know all our students by first name and provide personal attention at all levels, including teachers' advice, accommodation, airport transfers and travel information.

Seville & Cultural and Leisure Activities

Located on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, Seville, the capital city of Andalusia, has always been one of the favorite sites for tourist visiting Spain. The warm climate, which guarantees 3000 hours of sunshine a year, and the fertility of the land, had already attracted ancient peoples like the Phoenicians, the Carthaginians, and the Tartessans, who named it Hispalis. Later, the Romans, and especially the Moors and Christians left their footprint as reflected in the great amount of monuments and historic buildings from different periods.

Despite its transformation into a modern trade center, the "Beauty of Andalusia" as Seville is also known, continues to be the heart and soul of Spain. Like no other place, it clings on to the old customs and the world-renowned stereotypes about Spain. Color, bullfighting, "real" Flamenco, and a happy go lucky way of life. The countless number of "fiestas", especially the Semana Santa (Holy Week), and the Feria de Abril (April Festival) are the most famous, but not the only examples of those traditions.

But the city is bewitched not only by the color of the "fiestas;" dancing, theater, music festivals, concerts, flamenco shows, as well as museums and art exhibitions, complete the almost endless cultural offerings in the city. A short stroll through the old town is, in itself, a new cultural experience. You can see for yourself just by taking a walk on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, towards the old town, passing the Torre del Oro (The Golden Tower), the Cathedral and the Giralda, symbol of the city. Get lost in the narrow streets of the old Jewish quarter of Santa Cruz, and go across the Reales Alcázares (Royal Fortresses), walk past the magnificent Alfonso XIII Hotel and the old "Royal Tobacco Factory" to the Plaza de España and the Parque María Luisa. While you are at it, visit the barrio de Triana, the neighborhood considered to be the birthplace of Flamenco.

The end of the day does not necessarily means the end of the "fiesta". On the contrary, Sevillians enjoy the night by having a cup of coffee, a drink, a glass of good wine or a soda and some "tapas" in some of the many taverns and wineries throughout the city. And whoever wants to make it a long night, the city has a large number of "pubs" and discos, which are open till dawn.

Our Spanish language school in Sevilla will provide you with permanent information on the performances and events that take place in the city, including exhibitions, theatre, concerts, opera and any other cultural event worth mentioning.

We also arrange exchange parties, outings to the city's fashionable spots and - whenever possible - visits to Andalusia's popular local fiestas.

Some of the trips recently organized include:

• Granada, a two-hour drive from Seville, with highlights such as the world-famous Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada winter resort, a ski-lovers' paradise.
• Cordoba, just 30 minutes from Seville on the AVE high-speed train, was the capital of the Caliphate during the period of Arab domination of the Iberian Peninsula.
• Costa de la Luz, an hour's drive from Seville, boasts impressive white sandy beaches.
• Jerez de la Frontera, capital of the famous Sherry-producing region and headquarters of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art.
• Coto de Doñana National Park, located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, Europe's most important protected ecosystem.

Our school offers various options, all of which meet our strict quality standards. Premises are inspected regularly and a quality control survey is filled in by each student after their stay. Your stay begins at midday on the Sunday before your course starts and ends at midday on the Saturday after the course is completed.
 There is a limited number of double rooms at a discount, for two people booking together.

1) Family Accommodation

An ideal setting for practising the language and experiencing the Spanish culture in a deeper way. This option offers you an individual room and half board, consisting of breakfast and one meal (lunch or dinner). It also includes laundry and change of bed linen once a week. You can also have full pension (3 meals a day) for a supplement.

2) Shared Apartments

If you prefer more independence, the best option is to have your own room in a shared apartment. You share common areas such as kitchen, living room and bathroom and help with the cleaning. The apartments are simple, but fully equipped.

3) Schools apartment
Large four-bedroom apartment, set in a picturesque square, just a few minutes walk from the school. Rooftop views of the Cathedral and Giralda. All bedrooms air-conditioned. Exclusively for our students.

4) Luxury Residence
Single or double room in a renovated house with 11 air-conditioned bedrooms, weekly change of bed linen. Daily menu/laundry available (not included in price). Free Internet access 5 mins walk from our school.

5) Halls of Residence

This option gives you full independence, while allowing you to meet other students. You share common areas and prepare your own meals. Located in buildings with 8 or more bedrooms, they offer daily cleaning and weekly change of bedlinen.
