Spanish courses in Sevilla

Spanish courses in Seville are run all-year-round at different levels, from complete beginner to proficiency.
Our courses include General Spanish, Spanish for professional purposes, and DELE exam preparation courses. All of them include two cultural activities per week in the afternoons (Tuesday and Thursday).
The maximum group size is 10 students, allowing teachers to guarantee plenty of individual attention. This will permit you to maximise progress in the time available
All Spanish courses can be taken at all levels, with the exception of the DELE course, which requires at least an intermediate level of Spanish language.
On the first day of class, students are required to take a level test that will enable us to assess their level and assign them to the most appropriate class. Students with no previous knowledge of the language will be automatically placed in the beginners group.
Upon completion of your course, we will present you with an attendance certificate or diploma indicating the course type and duration as well as the level of Spanish acquired.
Madrid, Chamber of Commerce Diplomas: Our school in Sevilla is an official examination center for the Diplomas issued by the Chamber of Commerce for Business Spanish, Spanish for Tourism, and Medical Spanish. If you wish to take any of these exams, we strongly recommend our Specialized Courses.

We offer following courses (1 lesson = 50 min.):
Course 20h: 4h / day Mo-Fr 9:30-13:30
An intensive course of 4 lessons per day from Monday to Friday. Each lesson is 50 minutes long. The course consist of 2 classes of grammar and 2 classes of conversation a day.
Course 20+5h or Course 20+10h Mo-Fr 9:30-13:30 + 1 or 2hs in the afternoon
A full immersion course with extra individual attention. It consists of a standard intensive course plus 1 or 2 individual hours per day.
Course 30h: 6h / day Mo-Fr 9:30-13:30 + 2hs in the afternoon
A superintensive course of four 50-min classes in the morning and two 50-min classes in the afternoon. In case there is only one or two students per level in the afternoon classes, these may be substituted by five 60-min individual lessons per week.
Small Group Courses: 6h / day 3 to 5 students per group
Although this course has the same structure as the Course 30h version, the lower number of students allows more personalised attention and therefore better progress levels.
One-to-one: intensive individual training
This is the ideal way to learn Spanish if you have time limitations, a specific program to cover or if you require faster and more intensive learning:
- An exclusive program that is tailored to your needs. - Flexible timetables, with the possibility of adjusting the number of hours required per day for completing the course. - This option is recommended for students enroled in Intensive Spanish courses who require additional classes or need to reinforce specific skills.
D.E.L.E. course: 6 h/day
This course is recommended if you plan to take the DELE examination at any level. DELE courses include general Spanish plus a specific module to prepare the exam. DELE courses start 4 weeks before each examination date.
-Course duration: 4 weeks -Maximum 10 students -30 classes/week: 20 classes of general Spanish and 10 classes for specific preparation of the exam. In case there is only one or two students preparing for the exam, the specific DELE module can be substituted by five 60-min individual lessons per week. -Levels: intermediate to superior
Spanish for Tourism: 6h/day
This Spanish course is recommended for students who need the Spanish language for professional purposes in the tourist industry (hotel, travel agencies, restauration). Depending on the student’s level, this course can be used to prepare the Madrid Chamber of Commerce examinations.
Levels: We recommend this course for students with an intermediate level of Spanish, or at least with a lower intermediate level (equivalent to about 80 hour lessons). If you think your level is lower than this, please contact us and we will give you personal advice. If you are an absolute beginner, we recommend that you take a General Spanish course before taking any Spanish for Tourism.
- Minimum duration: 2 weeks. - 30 classes/week: 20 classes of general Spanish + 10 classes of Spanish for Tourism. - Maximum 10 students. - You can join this course any Monday. In case there is only one or two students per level in the Tourism Spanish module, this may be substituted by five 60-min individual lessons per week.
Bussines Spanish: 6 h/day
This Spanish course is recommended for students who need the Spanish language for professional purposes in the business world. Depending on the student’s level, this course can be used to prepare the Madrid Chamber of Commerce examinations.
Levels: We recommend this course for students with an intermediate level of Spanish, or at least with a lower intermediate level (equivalent to about 80 hour lessons). If you are an absolute beginner, we recommend that you take a General Spanish course before taking any Business Spanish.

Medical Spanish: 6h/day
This course focuses on improving oral skills in patient interviewing, as well as providing specific vocabulary and structures related to the day-to-day practice of medicine, including anatomy, symptoms and names of diseases, diagnoses, tests and treatments. The student will learn to read Spanish medical literature and extract the relevant information. The course includes visits to local hospitals.
This course is recommended for US Medicine students or practitioners who work in areas with a substantial Spanish-speaking population.
Levels: We recommend this course for students with an intermediate level of Spanish, or at least with a lower intermediate level (equivalent to about 80 hour lessons). If you are an absolute beginner, we recommend that you take a General Spanish course before taking any Medical Spanish.
- Minimum duration: 2 weeks. - 30 classes/week: 20 classes of general Spanish + 10 classes of Medical Spanish - Maximum 10 students. - You can join this course any Monday. In case there is only one or two students per level in the Medical Spanish module, this may be substituted by five 60-min individual lessons per week.

Beginners:
No previous knowledge of Spanish is required. Upon completion of this level, students should be capable of communicating in numerous situations, using simple present, past and future structures relating to everyday basic needs.
Intermediate: This level is recommended for students that already have a basic knowledge of Spanish or for those who have studied Spanish long ago and need a refresher course. Upon completion of this level, students should be capable of communicationg in most situations using the present, past and future indicative, imperatives and present subjunctive structures.
Advanced: At this level, students make significant progress. At the end of this level, students should be capable of communicating in complex situations, making use of all indicative and subjunctive tense structures. Their vocabulary will be enlarged to encompass a wide variety of topics.
Superior: At this level, students correct minor imperfections, improve pronunciation and learn to use idiomatic expressions, speech connectors, etc.. Upon completing this level, students should be able to maintain a fluent conversation in Spanish about any topic.
Proficiency: Classes in this level have a debate format and focus on interesting cultural topics that enlarge students´ knowledge of the Hispanic World. Work is also done on those Grammar areas that require practice or additional study. This is an ideal class for Spanish graduates, teachers or students with a high level of fluency.
