MÁLAGA _______________

Málaga is the capital of the Costa del Sol and is situated in the South of Spain, in Andalusia. The city is limitid in the south by the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by mountains in the west, north and east. Malagas mild climate throughout the whole year is the result of this special combination of mountains and sea.

Málaga is a diverse city where one can visit the birthhouse and the museum of Picasso. The city also has a lot of Roman influences like for example the Roman theatre. Also Arabs left their marks in Malaga. The Alcazaba and the castle of Gibralfaro are two monuments that remind us of the Arab presence.
The Malagueños are open, nice and fun to hang out with and the warm summer nights on the Costa del Sol are famous for their neverending parties.

THE LANGUAGE SCHOOL ________

Our school of Spanish in Málaga is located in Pedregalejo, one of the city's most attractive and fashionable areas in the east of Malaga. The school is housed in a beautiful building, built in the 1950's in the harmonic Andalusian style. You can study in pleasant surroundings with generously-dimensioned class rooms and studies.

The building is surrounded by an impressive garden filled with Yucca palms, lemon trees, date palms and rubber trees, which contribute to a relaxed atmosphere and provide appreciated shade during the hot summer months. And the most important thing: just 100 metres away the sea and the wide expanse of beach offer sun and bathing...

The language school is an Instituto Cervantes accredited Teaching Centre.

OUR TEACHERS ___________

The success and character of our school depend very much on the quality of our staff, and we are very proud of our professional team of teachers. 

All our teachers are native Spanish teachers holding university degrees plus the Certificate of Teaching Ability (CAP) and work under the supervision of our Director of Studies.

Our staff is at the student disposal any time during their stay.  You yourselves can telephone us if you have any concerns or worries during the course. 

>> OUR JUNIOR PROGRAM ___________

- 3 lessons of 45 min each a day in the morning 10.20-12.50, Monday to Friday
- Full sports and activities programme in the afternoons.
3 hours a day (Monday to Friday, 12.50-14.00, 16.30-19.30)
- 1 full day excursion every two weeks
- 1 evening activity per week
- 1 half-day every two weeks
- Full Board host family
- Airport transfer return
- Certificate of attendance on completion of the course

Accommodation

The students will be placed with local families, in the same neighbourhood where the school is located.

Our Host Families – Friendly and welcoming
Living in a Spanish Family home, getting to know Spanish family life, customs, food, and using Spanish in everyday situations, is one of the most important parts of your stay in Spain.

All the students will have full board accommodation that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, and will receive a packed lunch during field trips.  Most of our families host two students at a time although some accept three.  We guarantee that no students with the same mother tongue are placed in the same family, unless two friends ask to share.  You can ask on the enrolment form all the special requirements that you might need.
